Gabriella Mastrangelo
Her work investigates spatial practices as alternative forms of knowledge production and as relational devices. In 2018-2019 she was part of Open Design School Matera and since 2018 she is co-founder of Post Disaster, a curatorial and critical platform that gathers designers, thinkers and artists on the rooftops of Taranto, to investigate the condition of the Mediterranean urban scenario.
Gabriella Mastrangelo was a participant in the Nomadic School 202o.

Gabriella Mastrangelo’s proposal centers on space, inhabitation, and ritual. Drawing from her experience with the Post Disaster Rooftop collective, she opens a dialogue with participants around care and the possibilities for spatial re-signification offered by performative arts. After sharing selected writings by Ernesto De Martino, participants are invited to imagine a baptism ritual for the Little Fun Palace caravan, exploring symbolic and performative engagement with space.
